August 28, 2015. It couldn't have been a more lovely late summer day in St. Paul.
Jayme and Andria began wedding day morning getting ready at their parents' homes. Andria had a special first look with her dad on their front yard after which we headed to the Mendakota Country Club for her first moments with Jayme. Their first look gave me goosebumps. The joy on their faces when they saw each other was second to none! After, we took a few formal photos before the bridal party took off for the ceremony on the party bus.
Jayme and Andria both went to St. Thomas University. However, even though their paths had unknowingly crossed many times in the past years, they met after college at their place of work, and found they had a lot in common. It made sense to pledge their forever love on campus at the St. Thomas Aquinas Chapel. After the ceremony, guests headed to the Mendakota Country Club while the bridal party let loose on the party bus and enjoyed a quick social hour at the Moose Country Bar, where they also broke out the celebratory champagne before the reception!
Thank you, Andria + Jayme, for the allowing me to photograph your story. I feel extremely lucky to have met you both. Your love is an inspiration. Authentic. Beautiful. May the adventure of marriage bring more and more happiness at every bend.
There are many beautiful and fun memories yet to show you but attempted to encapsulate the essence of your amazing wedding day in a 3 minute song. Turn up the volume if you like "What Would I Do Without You" by Drew Holcomb and the Neighbors as much I do. But consider yourselves warned: these pictures oooooze happiness...
P.S. Best enjoyed on a lap or desk top! :)
